Roles and Responsibilities
Handling and resolving the day-to-day query of customers with having good etiquette of customer handling for online orders.
Gratifies and astonishes customers with service excellence.
Provides support for other departments and branches as needed.
Handling customer queries via E-mail / Chat and Phone and providing instant resolution for e-commerce orders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Can communicate effectively with the Region/Service center about query Raised by customer.
Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
Should speak/write English.
Experience in handling queries for online customers
